It’s been a while since I wrote last post, life is very busy at the moment. Lots of events to attend, little chap to take care of, so not much time to write.
I was teaching on the seminar focusing on Kata Sanchin, not the usual breathing and body alignment stuff, but on the practical application of the moves within the form. Below you can view the clip from this event, hope you will enjoy it.
